Mindful Moving Therapy

Mindful Moving Therapy is a combination of therapeutic practices that integrate mindfulness and breath-work with movement-based techniques to give support to the physical, emotional & mental well-being.

 

A Holistic Counseling consultation with Fiona will give you an individually tailored program to practice, to recharge, refresh and improve the flow, quality and quantity of energy  in and around your body.

 

Energetic blockages can disrupt the quality and flow of life-force (qi, ki, chi, prana) in and around the body

and in time, can cause emotional dis-comfort and/or dis-ease mentally, emotionally or physically.

A combination of Complementary Therapies such as Qigong, Tai Chi, Chakra Balance, Reiki, Breathe-Work, Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra will support you to release and let go of unwanted thoughts & feelings to clear, recharge, refresh and reset your energy channels to improve the flow quality and quantity of energy in and around your body.
